am im a professional vally ball player and also physical fitness trainer for my friends and family .. i was in to so many sports like kbaddi and i am a state level judo player i have completed mba in marketing ..i was into sports all the ways from school days and have participated in physical training classes in karnataka sports associates...

age 15 to 45
Wake up at 6 am and get fresh in 15 min ... drink cup of hot water and go to near by field and slow walk for 10 min and and rest for 2min free muscle your legs and neck ad sholders and start slow jog for 20 min ...and exercise for 10 min and 100 mtr fast run 3 sets and skipping 20 counts for 4 sets.... and free your body for 10 min and 5 min meditation..and sunday rest..
