Classes are a set of yoga techniques. We start with a brief meditation, then we start physical work with some movement sequences to lubricate the joints (Pavanamuktasana), after, practice of psycho-physical posture (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayamas) and, finally, a deep and conscious relaxation ( Savasana).
