About Thewillowtree
I am a certified and experienced Yoga Teacher with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Yoga and over 6 years of teaching experience. I started my yoga journey in 2016 and have taught students of different ages and fitness levels through both online and offline classes.
My teaching style is supportive, mindful, and personalized. I specialize in Hatha, Vinyasa, Prenatal, and Postnatal Yoga, helping students improve strength, flexibility, mobility, posture, relaxation, and overall well-being. I believe yoga should be accessible, enjoyable, and adapted to each individual.
Whether you are a complete beginner, looking to deepen your practice, or seeking personalized guidance, I would love to help you build a consistent yoga practice and feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.
