About Ana

Hi! My name is Ana, graduated in Hatha Yoga from Casa Shakti, in Florianópolis-SC and student of Vinyasa Yoga by Shanti Yoga, São Paulo. Yoga can start on the mat, but it goes far beyond that! Expansion of consciousness begins with physical presence; the body is a tool for expression and fulfillment, and when we learn to listen to it we begin to understand more about our world. I believe that Yoga is a powerful tool for self-knowledge and healing, in addition to teaching us how to live in this era in which much is said about anxiety and stress.

About the lesson

Each practice (class) is unique, consisting of Asanas (psychophysical postures), Pranayamas (breathing exercises), relaxation, moments of meditation and chanting of Mantras. Remember that Yoga is not a religion but a philosophy of life! That is why the practices are aimed at all people, regardless of age and physical level. Each class is designed according to the current physical / emotional situation of the practitioner. Depending on the practices, psychophysical and emotional improvements and an increase in the perception of self-analysis will be noticed. The classes progress together with the student, making it possible to be challenged in a safe way for the body and mind.
