About Tímea
I am a contemporary dancer, who loves to move. Movement is in my blood itself. Except of dancing I do yoga, climbing, and fitness. As a dancer, I need to take care of my body and yoga creates one element of that, because it gives me strength, mobility, flexibility, awareness of my body, and proper alignments as well as a calmer mind. :)

My lessons are 30-60 min long (d on the type of yoga and student preference). The classes are dare developed my personal experiences of practicing. I also developed my own Morning Flow, which mobilizes the body and gets you ready to start the day. depending. Moreover, I practice Power Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Restorative yoga, and others.
