About Juan

Everything we do depends on the function of three centers:
1) The intelectual center: pure thoughts, electrical, neurological signals from our brain.

2)The mechanical center: physical actions, movement , coordination and proportion.

3) The emotional center: our fears , stress, impulses and asumtions. This centeris very invasive and takes over the first two, not letting us think straight and coordinate our movements correctly.

Our mission is to keep these three centers in balance, harmony and synchronized in order to be more efficient in our process toward excellence.

About the lesson

I consider communication in the process of transmitting knowledge as a two way route. If you are not learning I am not teaching you the way you need to be taught. There is always a way, but is not always by talking but also by listening.
