i believe in conducting interactive sessions by developing good relationship with the students so that they can express themselves without any fear. this also helps the students to raise their doubts and concerns with the teacher. if there is something that I am not aware of or something that is new to me, I clearly inform them on my part and try my best to be well informed about the same for the next meeting.
