About Priti
Yoga has helped my body tremendously and it feels great. As I practiced more and began to benefit from the practice I finally realized first-hand why people love yoga.
I got really into health and wellness
As a yoga teacher,I can help people to improve their physical and mental health, increase their flexibility, and find peace and balance in their lives. I can also help people to learn how to use yoga to reduce stress, improve their overall wellbeing, and develop a deeper connection to their body and mind.
