I started teaching during the pandemic only as a form of earning my own allowance. I believe being a teacher is more than just teaching. It is important to create a safe space for the students to open up about their difficulties or hindrances that may be affecting their performance or mental health. I make sure to always plan lessons beforehand to make the teaching and learning process smooth. I also keep a schedule dedicated to clearing doubts.
