I have completed my MSc(Mathematics) from IIT Hyderabad, PhD from Kyoto university, Japan. Now I am working as a Mathematician at IIT Madras. I have taught Mathematics to Japanese University students.

About Gunjan
I have completed my MSc(Mathematics) from IIT Hyderabad, and my PhD(Mathematics) from Kyoto University, Japan. At present, I am working as a Mathematician at IIT Madras and pursing my research in Quantum Information theory and Matrix algebras.
I have had many enriching teaching experience during my academic career and now I want to help students to learn Mathematics and would like to motivate them to choose Mathematics as a career option.

Whenever I introduce a new topic in my class, I always try to start from basic examples and then going to the abstract part. Examples play important roles when it comes to understanding various notions in Mathematics.
It is important to ask lots of question to have a solid foundation in Mathematics. I teach my students to question as to why certain assumptions are required to prove a theorem. It helps them to understand the concept and Maths becomes fun.
