About Bernice

I am currently a student at a boarding school in the southwest of England who has just begun her A-levels, which consist of Biology, Chemistry and Physics. I am very passionate about helping students reach their full potential because I believe everyone can achieve highly no matter who you are, with resilience and the necessary support. I would love to share with students who may find their GCSE preparation to be challenging tips and tricks to have a smooth sailing road to the exam period and achieve the best possible grades when the time comes. My methods of studying were very much random before, but in the time leading up to my exams I discovered amazing study methods which quite literally saved my grade and could save yours too!

About the lesson

I am a very patient teacher who will ensure that my tutees are fully equipped to achieve the highest grades they possibly can, as I did, in their GCSE’s, and as I have just recently finished my exams, my knowledge of the specifications is still fresh in mind. For the sciences (all 9’s), I followed the Edexcel IGCSE exam board, for psychology (9), AQA; RS and Latin (8,9) were OCR and Business (9) was Edexcel GCSE. I do not have a fixed teaching style and am very much open to adapting to the learning style best suited to my tutee, using a range of learning resources such as past paper questions, blurt maps, PowerPoints and flashcards.
