About the lesson

Speak Chinese Naturally | 8 Years Exp.

Methodology:
My classroom is a safe space to make mistakes. I focus on Conversational Fluency. I don't want you to just pass a test; I want you to be able to survive and thrive in China. My technique is "Scaffolding" : I break complex sentences down into simple parts, help you practise them, and then build them back up until you can say what you want effortlessly.

Lesson Length:
50 minutes. I find this is the perfect length to get deep into a topic without mental fatigue.

Qualifications:

Master's in Conference Interpreting (so I understand the difficulties of learning a second language).

8 years teaching

Who it's for:
I specialise in Adult Learners (18+) who have studied some Chinese before but are afraid to speak.
Intermediate: Want to improve fluency and expand vocabulary.

Advanced: Want to discuss complex topics like culture, history, and business.
