I met Coach Elly through an Osteopath Doctor to prevent injuries from rowing competitions and to strength muscles. I recommend working with him for his knowledge and custom based excersizes your sport needs. As an athlete i required untraditiobal workouts and he was able to design a rowing excersize using elastic bands with equipments that replicats exactly what i needed.

Within the 4 months I have been training with Elly I have gained more than twice the size and muscle mass.
