About Shruti
I have done an MSc and a PhD in Mathematics. I did my MSc at Karnatak University at Dharwad in Karnataka and my PhD at Ramakrishna Mission Educational and Research Institute at Belur in West Bengal. My PhD topic is Additive Combinatorics, sometimes also referred to as Additive Number Theory.
I have taught in two different institutions for a total of three and a half years, during which I have taught Class 11 and 12 and post-graduation students. I have been teaching independently for over a year now. I also have the experience of teaching at school levels.

I am engaged in teaching Mathematics independently to Class 11 and 12 students. I also train students for exams like IIT JAM, CUET, CSIR-UGC NET, etc., which require Mathematics at graduation and post-graduation levels.
The mode of teaching will be online. I use either Zoom or Google Meet for online classes. Sometimes, I use Microsoft OneNote for a virtual board. I usually provide access to the digital board work to students after the class, which can also be used as study material.
I prefer having up to 6 students in a batch in online classes.
My class duration will be approximately one hour. And I usually schedule around five classes a week to cover the topics thoroughly. For class 11 and 12, the course will be for one academic year. For entrance exams, the course will be nearly 9-10 months. The actual schedule of the classes depends on the course and batch.
I focus on making topics understandable for my students, and I try to train them in solving examples. I try to go to the level of the students and slowly lead them to where they should be. I also like to be available for solving doubts, and mentoring. emotional support as far as possible.
