I am a passionate and experienced primary teacher with six years of teaching both in the UK and internationally, including rewarding roles in Thailand. I believe learning should be engaging and fun, and I strive to create a positive, supportive environment where students feel confident to explore and grow. Building strong relationships with my students is central to my approach, as I find that trust and encouragement are key to helping children achieve their full potential. My tutoring approach is personalised and student-centred, focusing on building confidence and understanding through clear explanations and interactive learning. I use a variety of teaching techniques tailored to each student’s needs, including guided practice, questioning, and practical activities to reinforce key concepts. Typically, lessons last between 45 minutes to 1 hour, allowing enough time to cover material thoroughly while maintaining student engagement. With six years of primary teaching experience and a specialisation in English as Head of Writing, I bring strong subject knowledge and effective teaching strategies to every session. My lessons are designed for primary-aged students of all abilities who need support across any primary subject, with a particular focus on literacy and English skills.
