Between 2019 and 2023, I consistently garnered high praise from senior professors, lecturers, and students for consistently delivering an exceptional academic experience. This recognition led to the opportunity to instruct the new program Unit MKT1100 at both the Toowoomba and Springfield campuses in Queensland. Additionally, in the 2023 Midsemester’s 1 & 2 survey for the MKT1100 &MKT3100 Customer Experience& Digital Marketing courses, I earned the highest ranking among lecturers, securing the title of "Best Lecturer" by the students.
