I am a dedicated and professional yoga instructor with over one year of experience teaching yoga and more than three years of experience in physical training. I value safety, proper technique, and individual attention, creating a supportive and respectful learning environment. My goal is to help students feel confident, comfortable, and motivated while progressing at their own pace.

My yoga lessons are designed for beginners and intermediate students and can be taught one-to-one or in small groups. I teach Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and other styles depending on students’ interests and goals. Classes can be dynamic flow-based sessions or more focused classes, working on specific poses, techniques, or themes. Each session emphasizes mindful movement, correct alignment, breath awareness, and safe progression. I have over one year of experience teaching yoga and more than three years of experience in physical training overall.
