I am a graduate of Istanbul Technical University Mechanical Engineering. I have done 6 years of Professional Artistic Gymnastics and participated in the competitions. 3 Years I am engaged in fitness and Calisthenics sports. Course techniques include all methods with and without equipment. Requirements and deficiencies regarding the target and purpose that the person wants to achieve are determined. In addition to these, the person is given a diet program that has passed the dietitian control. People are initially given general information about sports theory, muscle and joint mechanics, exercise logic and effect. Then they are asked to apply them. Those who want to reach the Physique they dream, those who want to slim and have a fit body, those who want to have a more flexible and functional body, those who want to make Calisthenics, who want to correct posture and posture can take lessons from me.
