About Emelie
I personally started learning computer programming and Python when I did my MSc degree, so I was definitely not born with a magical ability to write computer code! During my work as a software engineer, being surrounded by more experienced engineers really helped me further improve and strengthen my own skills, knowledge, and experience. I started teaching as part of my PhD, and really fell in love with it. I pride myself on being really hands-on and invested in my students, making sure they are not afraid to ask questions. Watching them grow in confidence makes me really proud!

I personally believe that it takes a fun and relaxing environment to really get the most out of lessons! After learning some basics, I focus on teaching you how to start solving problems on your own. This includes knowing what tools are available, how to read errors, and knowing how to skim through documentation or Internet forums. Specific lesson plans depend on your individual goals and needs, which we'll discuss in your first lesson.
