About Raymond
Fluency is often built through small, consistent steps rather than giant leaps. I find that the most honest way to learn involves accepting that mistakes are just part of the dialogue practice.
Your path towards mastery includes a unique homework module with feedback provided after every single class. We will utilize role play to simulate real life scenarios for your travel needs. Given my Master of Music degree from the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal, I bring a structured yet poetic sensibility to our work. You will find that our time together is rigorous yet genuinely enjoyable.

Precision matters when navigating the nuances of language. I am a Conservatoire-trained musician who treats linguistic rhythm with the same care as a musical score. My background as a native Québécois speaker informs my approach to teaching reading comprehension and writing skills.
Many students, from absolute beginners to those prepping for DELF or IELTS, find that my background allows them to grasp complex idioms with ease. I enjoy working with kids and travelers who need practical interview preparation or conversational fluency. Developing vocabulary and perfecting pronunciation are parts of the process I find deeply rewarding. My teaching style is informed by 13 years of experience and a lifelong devotion to the French language.
