About Lois
"Spending 13 years across the sciences means I have seen every possible confusion point. Frankly, I still get nervous when explaining complex thermodynamics to new students.
My Master of Science in Biochemistry from UCL provides the rigorous foundation for this work. Physics requires a specific way of seeing the world that takes time to develop.
I balance exam technique with deep conceptual clarity so that nothing falls apart under pressure. Most of my students are university bound and need that extra edge. I enjoy the process of watching a difficult numerical problem finally click for someone.
It is a quiet satisfaction that keeps me energetic in the classroom. Optics and modern physics are my favourite topics to unravel for others. I truly value the moments when a student stops struggling and starts solving independently."
