About Phoebe
Did you know that exploring blues progressions and electric technique sparked my own musical curiosity? My journey involves teaching 443 students over 13 years of practice.
I earned my Artist Diploma in Music Performance at the National University of Singapore to solidify my technical base. Tuning and maintenance are just as important as ear training or reading sheet music.
