About Gloria
Completing a BA English and BM Guitar from Humber College alongside a CELTA certification provided me with the tools to support language learners. Working with newcomers and students from diverse backgrounds defines my daily teaching practice.
I have spent 13 years refining methods that center on clear communication and confidence. My perspective as a first-generation Canadian informs the way I support others in navigating new linguistic environments. These experiences allow me to connect with students who are absolute beginners or those preparing for academic assessments.
Music often serves as the anchor during our sessions to help simplify complex grammar concepts. I have guided hundreds of students to achieve their specific communication milestones over the course of my career.
