I cannot say enough good things about Géza and his lessons. I am a longtime piano teacher myself, and I take lessons with him in order to grow as a player and become more well-rounded.
Géza is skilled in every genre I can imagine, both in interpreting others’ compositions, and in improvisation; even after working together for over a year, I feel I have not even begun to scratch the surface of his knowledge base and expertise.
Most importantly, his kindness, patience, and lighthearted disposition will keep you encouraged and motivated. Learning can only grow with a positive and nonjudgmental rapport; Géza excels at coaxing out your best work, and holding a student to a high standard, but with warmth and humor.
He has given a few lessons to my daughter (7-8), and I love his patience and kindness with young children as well.
You will not regret choosing Géza Kulhay.
