About Aimee

I hold a Level 2 British Gymnastics Coaching qualification - I have head coach experience and have previously provided private classes on a number of occasions.
During my younger years I also competed as a gymnast.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre (graduated from the Urdang Academy) so I am also available to teach individuals wanting training in dancing, singing and acting.

About the lesson

My lessons are structured to build the gymnast to develop their desired skills over a period of sessions, so that they are able to work on, and achieve, the exact skills that they wish to in a suitable time frame. I integrate a mix of learning, using visuals, verbal instructions and hands on support, in order to suit each and every individual’s need. I will take time to listen to you, and work on your exact wants and desires. I teach children from age 3 and a half, up to teenagers.
