About Vikki
In the past I have worked as a property lawyer and in the local council dealing with schools. I gave up my job to look after my children, they are now both at school. My oldest child has certain issues which I have had to learn how to deal with. I have done research after research and feel like I am finally getting somewhere. Whilst doing this I realised I had to look after myself and this has resulted in me being positive, fit and healthy. Why not let me help you.

I will teach you from beginning to end of living a healthy lifestyle and how to get and keep fit. I will also discuss positive thinking and how this can help in everyday life situations. I will give out ideas to try at home and discuss how these work in the following lesson.
