About Amanda
I am a health coach with a master's degree in exercise science, wellness and nutrition. I have had great success with helping individuals learn a new way of healthy eating to achieve their weight loss goals. I focus on behavior change, meaning I do not force the idea of strict dieting. I teach a love for healthier living that translates to weight loss in a safe and manageable way.
