About Justine
I am a patient, approachable, and dedicated tutor who enjoys helping others learn and become more confident in communicating in English. While I am new to formal tutoring, my background in customer service and healthcare support has helped me develop strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
I understand that every student learns differently, so I take the time to listen to their needs and adjust my approach to their level and pace. My goal is to create a comfortable and encouraging learning environment where students can practice English without feeling pressured or afraid of making mistakes.

My approach is friendly, patient, and focused on helping students feel comfortable while learning English. I believe students learn best when they are encouraged to speak, ask questions, and practice without being afraid of making mistakes.
A typical lesson may begin with a short conversation or review, followed by the main topic or skill for the day. We can work on vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, reading, or conversational English depending on the student's needs. I also like to use practical examples and everyday situations so lessons feel useful and easy to understand.
What sets me apart is my background in customer service and healthcare support, where clear communication, active listening, patience, and understanding different people are important. I can adjust my communication style based on the student's level and learning pace.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, students who want to improve their conversational English, and learners who want to become more confident communicating in everyday situations.
