About Stacy
I have been studying psychology for many years because I truly believe it can help people better understand themselves and their emotions. Psychology helps us recognize deep emotional wounds, limiting beliefs, and negative patterns that can affect our daily lives and relationships.
I believe that with the right support and awareness, these inner blocks can be transformed into healthier, more positive thoughts and behaviors, helping people feel happier, calmer, and more confident in life.

I work with childhood trauma, stress, anxiety, emotional burnout, and loss of motivation or joy in life. I use supportive conversation techniques and calming practices that help people better understand their emotions, reduce inner tension, and feel emotionally safer and more balanced.
My sessions take place in a completely confidential, comfortable, and pressure-free atmosphere where every person can feel heard, understood, and supported. Sessions are suitable for teenagers and adults who need emotional support, guidance, or simply a safe space to talk openly.
