I actually did my 11+ and passed all the exams I did. I then went to a grammar school and passed my GCSEs with all A*s to A grades. I also have a passion for reading, music and performing arts.

I believe the best way forward is using the curriculum or a checklist and catering my teaching style to my student, depending on what they struggle with. This can be found out with an assessment. From that point forward I think that I explaining strategy, application through activity and then constant reassessment is the best way to reinforce information and really help a student remember what they learn.
