So guys, I'm a third-year BCom student pursuing CA. I want to share knowledge because I have seen people doing the wrong thing, having wrong diet. I do not want people to make themselves injured and do the wrong thing. Thus, I wish you all to do the right thing and in the correct way with proper diet.

So guys, the thing is that I haven't taken any protein or any supplements, and I would like you guys to do the same and make you learn that you too can develop your body with the daily food that you eat. Most of the trainers offer protein or supplements from where they get commission, but for me, body along with health is main, so join me guys and let's have fun and build the muscle too.
