About Hannah
I'm Hannah and I'm a soon-to-be Doctor who has lots of experience teaching a wide majority of subjects including Biology, Chemistry and maths at GCSE and A level.
I, personally, struggled with revision throughout school and college but I managed to find effective strategies which are simple but smart. Because of my own struggle with this, I very much would love to help others who are also struggling and help them to achieve their best. I am a big believer that anyone can achieve a high grade with smart study strategies that I have a lot of experience in. When I was struggling, I really wanted the kind of help that I ensure to provide students!

I've had over 5 years of tutoring experience and I learned that it's important to tailor lessons to the student's needs through methods of active recall and spaced repetition. This is something I learned myself with my own experience in education which I adapt in my lessons with students. I also learned the importance of building a good rapport with my students which helps students engage in my lessons.
I typically teach 1 hour lessons and I achieved 3 As in A level Biology, Chemistry and Maths as well as a degree in Medicine. I also have a qualification in teaching English as a second language and, in this course, I learned all the important skills that are necessary as a teacher which I always aim to apply in lessons with my students.
I have experience teaching GCSE maths, GCSE Chemistry and A level Biology. I'm happy to teach A level maths and Chemistry too if topics to go through are given in advance of the lesson. :)
