About Imaani
Hello! I'm Imaani, a 24-year-old final year BSc (Honours) Marketing student studying in Malaysia. I was born in London and I have lived between London and Mauritius, a small but beautiful island in the Indian ocean.
I am passionate about English and English literature and I enjoy teaching the subject. I have volunteered as an English tutor for underprivileged children and adults since the age of 17 and I have always strived to make people more confident in their written and spoken English. I enjoy traveling which enables me to meet new people and learn about different cultures.
My lessons are well structured but I also ensure that it's a space for you to enjoy yourself on your learning journey.

I teach both adults and children, and lessons are tailored around the current progress of each student and what their specific needs are.
I like my lessons to be fun and engaging and I encourage students to be as involved as possible in their learning. I am very patient and communicative and I strive to make each lesson interesting and inspiring.
I also enjoy a variety of topics, so lessons can be fully focused on your areas of interest, for example, Business English or English Literature.
