About Kenna

I am a Duke college student who lives in China. I am American and I speak English natively as well as Mandarin Chinese fluently. I enjoy understanding cultures, meeting new people, and learning about the wonders of our world. I look forward to meeting you!

About the lesson

Lessons are for beginner level students who want to speak, write, and read basic Mandarin Chinese. Some areas I will cover are:
- Chinese character recognition
- Character reading and writing
- Understanding and learning pinyin (based on age of student)
- Listening for and understanding tones
