About Alma

I am a confident person; my experience has been in teaching Albanian for several years. My strengths are disciplined, prepared, friendly with students, a good environment creator, and motivator. My students are motivated and trying to get the best performance on their part. I try to do a lot of things: I try to make my lessons as real and relevant as possible. I try to explain why we are doing things and what this leads to. I try to make lessons fun and engaging. I try to help my students get to understand the Albanian language.

About the lesson

I use the 'Speak Albanian - Fol Shqip' textbook to administer my classes. During the lesson, I always speak in Albanian and translate to English. This book is intended to teach Standard Albanian. Upon completion and mastery of this book, the student ought to be at the A2/B1 level of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for languages).

Brianna is a very attentive, patient, zealous, and outgoing student which makes you feel even more eager to teach her more and more of what her passions of learning Albanian seems to be. I can't wait for her to reach the desired height of progress that she wants to achieve in a record time due to her own personal life's schedule which ties her with Albania so much more than I would have thought!
