About Lerato
I worked as a psychological counselor with an NGO, a primary school and SAPS for two years.i worked as a one on me, Group, school assessment and trauma counselor. I have recently worked with different online platforms teaching English. I worked with children, adults, individuals and groups. I worked with clients from different continents, countries me cultures. I am familiar with different accents and different cultural norms to be taken into consideration when working with another individual or group. I am a team player and I am constantly working towards progress. Through my work, I have learned to work well under pressure and adapt to changing environments.

My teaching method includes creating rapport with the student. This allows for the material to be developed to suit the students needs. It allows the student to have a better learning experience and to have an enjoyable session. I believe in mandatory positive regard and motivation. I maintain my level of enthusiasm and dedication from the start of the session to the end. The student should be fulfilled and have gained something new by the end of the session.
