I am Pratiksha, an alumna of National School of Drama Delhi 2023 batch. I have learned and practiced different body movement forms in NSD, like martial arts, contemporary dance, Yoga, etc. And I really want to work on the body-soul connection. It changes you as a human.

In this class, I will be focusing on the connection of body and soul. In daily life, our conscious mind is very much active, but there are some unhealed areas of our mind called the subconscious mind. When the subconscious mind fails to explain verbally through words, the body speaks. We will be working towards this communication!
