About Christina

Hello! I'm Christina, an undergraduate student originally from Ontario who is studying Chemical Engineering at UBC. I live in Vancouver, and I want to use my spare time to share my passion for math, physics, and chemistry with students in need!

I am outgoing with strong communication skills, and I have applied these to various projects at UBC regarding sustainability, including starting my own club! I love to go above and beyond for my students by encouraging them to work hard and follow their passions to make change in the world!

Introduction: Introduce the concept of multiplication as a quicker way to add multiple equal groups. Use visual aids, such as arrays or pictures, to illustrate the concept.

Interactive practice: Provide simple multiplication problems and encourage students to solve them using manipulatives or drawing arrays. Offer guidance and praise their efforts.
