About Stephanie
I am a student at UT Austin, fluent in both English and Spanish. I am a naturally empathetic person and seek to help others. I have struggled with depression, high anxiety, stress, and many other psychological isssues, which is why I have a great understanding of how tough life can be at times.
At times, we all need someone to tell us we are okay and that everything will be okay. I practice yoga, mindfulness, and self-love. On my own time, I also like to practice the law of attraction and learn about different types of practicing spirituality.
I am talented in make-up and beauty, and have a good eye for style.
I enjoy being outdoors, seeing new places, helping others, being around animals, and food.

Our minds can be our best friends or greatest enemy. Our minds are the greatest tool we have and I want to help others improve its potential.
The way I approach my lessons is to get to know the person, understand them without any judgement, and finding areas of improvement.
I like to concentrate on self-love, mindfulness, and personalized relaxation or spiritual techniques.
I help people find ways in which they can become a better and stronger self and to feel comfortable in their skin. Some areas of improvement besides inner work are self grooming, fashion, and socializing/ social anxiety release.
