Hi, I am Adit. I have been playing professional sports and been studying the field of kineseology and nutrition for nearly a decade now. Ive trained over 500+ clients and helped them achieve their body and fitness goals. My goal is to make fitness fun and sustainable and whilst doing so for you to get your desired physique.

I start my class by first getting to understand my client. I ask them a bunch of questions which includes everything from height, weight, age, goals to even the smallest of details including their injury history, their lifestyle and every other detail one can think off.
Then based on their schedule, needs, resources and comfort, we formulate a custom nutriton and diet plan which i then explain them and how it needs to be followed and i track their daily progress through updates.
Every step is very detailed and precise to perfect the process and the results are guaranteed

Details
I charge 500 rs per hour, where i will listen to your needs and formulate a plan for you guys and explain in a detailed manner as to how it needs to be followed and how one can proceed
One can hire my plans that i can share through pdf and google sheets for regular updates for which i charge 3000 inr for a month, 7.5 k inr for 3 months and 10 k inr for 6 months.
Upon taking that, a video class once per week shall be enough as everything else would be throughly explained, discussed and updates shall we taken regularly
