About Angela
My Background & Experience I discovered my love for teaching while traveling in Australia in 2018. Starting as a peer mentor supporting my fellow students in business, I was honored with a Learning and Teaching Award in 2019. My travels and cultural experiences have shaped my ability to connect with people from all walks of life. I started teaching as Early childhood teacher in 2021 and expanded my knowledge in inclusive education in 2024. Combined with my business expertise and teaching skills, this perspective allows me to deliver lessons that are both practical and personally empowering. Outside of Work I’m an active, curious learner at heart. I love bush hiking, experimenting with homemade recipes, growing plants, and painting on weekends. Having lived in Australia for years and frequently visited New Zealand, I understand the international student journey deeply. My Teaching Approach Friends and family describe me as open-minded, caring, inclusive and approachable — qualities I bring into my teaching. I also offer flexible, remote tutoring hours to fit busy schedules. Every lesson is personalized and goal-driven. Our first session focuses on understanding your needs, learning style, and challenges. From there, I create tailored materials to target your specific goals — whether it’s academic writing, professional communication, or everyday fluency. I also assign practical exercises and self-study resources to help you keep improving between sessions. My approach builds not just language skills but also independent learning habits for lasting success.
