About Farhan
I'm a personal trainer, nutritionist and a competitive athlete who started his journey just to fit in clothes and I fell in love with the process. I started educating myself, then it just turned into my passion and from that it turned into my profession.

We're going to follow a sustainable approach and my goal is to provide you the right kind of knowledge so that after a certain point you walk the road on your own and you keep it a lifestyle!
