I'm a personal trainer, nutritionist and a competitive athlete who started his journey just to fit in clothes and I fell in love with the process. I started educating myself, then it just turned into my passion and from that it turned into my profession.

Resistance training is just not about lifting weights and becoming stiff, instead it's more about getting in shape while making sure that your joint health is getting better, better mobility and you're also training your mind and sole. We're going to follow a sustainable approach and my goal is to provide you the right kind of knowledge so that after a certain point you walk the road on your own and you keep it a lifestyle!
