About Kirti

Namaste! I'm Kirti, a certified yoga instructor with a degree in clinical psychology. After working in the corporate world for 12 years, I embarked on my yoga journey. On this journey, I discovered balance, peace and abundant joy. I'm here to share this joy and assist you in finding strength, flexibility and relaxation.

I have completed my 900 hours advanced teacher training course.

About the lesson

My class is absolutely beginner friendly. I will design each class based on your needs. It will include warm-ups to ease you in, asanas that engage your entire body, pranayama which will enhance your breathing and yoga nidra for complete relaxation.

Perfect! I’ve been working with Kirti for over five months now, and I really appreciate her discipline, loyalty, and consistency. There haven’t been any issues at all—no late arrivals or canceled classes. What we agree on always happens, which I value a lot.

The classes are adapted to me and how I’m progressing. Sometimes that means adjusting things because of my back pain, sometimes focusing more on my weaker areas—it always feels thoughtful and personal.

She clearly knows what she’s doing, and I trust her yoga knowledge and guidance. That makes it easy to just follow the process and keep improving.

I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a calm, reliable, and consistent teacher.
