About Basetsana
I'm Basetsana and I'm 21 years old: a very fun, friendly and vibrant person. I'm originally a chef but I also have interest for teaching, it's always been a passion of mine. I discovered this at home while teaching my younger siblings and it was so easy for me to do and I found so much peace in doing it. Even at school as a student some of my classmates would come to me for things they didn't understand at the time and said I made it easier for them to understand and that's when I felt the passion grow more and more in me. In my lessons we will be working hard but I think everyone deserves a break from time to time so we will take breaks, play fun games just to put our minds at ease a bit and have sessions where we just discuss important things about life as a whole. I plan on having my students focused in the most tranquil and fun manner possible! We will be WORKING HARD AND PLAYING HARD!

Generally what makes me a unique teacher is I take time with my students, I make sure and see to it that they understand the work thoroughly before a lesson ends and I'm very approachable and fun, students will feel safe and at ease with me. I teach Afrikaans but I can teach some students in their preferred languages just to make it easy for them, the languages being Isizulu, Sepedi, Sesotho, Setswana, English and Xhosa. Students can expect a very fun and vibrant lesson from me, we will definitely work hard together as a team and tackle all the problems we encounter in a fun nice way, working hard while doing so. My lessons are aimed at helping students learn a new language and helping them understand where the language comes from and why it's so important. It is also to help them know that knowing more than one language can be fun for them and very beneficial too. I aim to have all students succeed and be knowledgeable.
