About Ariba
Hi, I'm Ariba! I am a motivated and approachable Grade 12 student with a strong passion for chemistry and the sciences. I maintain a 90% average in chemistry and enjoy helping other students understand complex concepts in a clear and engaging way. As a tutor, my aim is to instill confidence, make learning fun, and help students meet their academic goals. I bring patience, professionalism, and a personalized approach to each lesson, tailoring my teaching style to suit the individual needs of each student. Be it exam preparation, overcoming complexities, or simply a better understanding of concepts, I aim at providing them with a friendly atmosphere where students are free to ask questions and explore new ideas. With a rich mix of experience, enthusiasm, and dedication, I'm committed to enabling students to succeed and reach their goals.

My name is Ariba, and I am passionate about helping students in chemistry and other science subjects. That means my teaching approach must revolve around understanding the learning style of each student and building up confidence along with knowledge. I use clear explanations, practical examples, and interactive problem-solving to enhance comprehension of complex concepts. I encourage questions and discussions so that students are able to not only memorize formulas but also understand the reasons behind everything.
A typical lesson starts with a review of previously studied material, followed by the introduction of new concepts in easy steps. I include worked examples, guided practice, and independent exercises, finishing with a summary and strategies for retaining the material. I also provide tips for studying and approaching exams effectively, so students feel prepared and confident.
What makes me unique as a tutor is that I work to make the sciences approachable and fun. I am patient while setting high standards, and I tailor my lessons to suit the needs of the particular student. Whether for school coursework, exams, or personal enrichment, my lessons are suitable for high school students, particularly those in Grades 9–12, to develop their understanding in chemistry, biology, or general science.
