About Jasen
An analytical, results-driven STEM student currently pursuing advanced A-levels in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science. Having recently achieved a top-tier Grade 8 in GCSE Computer Science, I possess an intimate, up-to-date understanding of current exam board specifications, mark scheme criteria, and the exact academic pressure points secondary school students face.
I chose to become a tutor because I know firsthand how easily brilliant students can get lost in the way schools teach STEM subjects. Standard classroom lectures often make logical concepts feel like a completely different language. My goal is to bridge that gap—demystifying complex theories and breaking them down into clear, actionable frameworks that students can immediately execute under exam conditions. I want to teach because I love the process of decoding a problem and giving students the exact tools and confidence they need to master it themselves.
Rather than delivering passive, traditional lectures, I specialize in an active, "reverse-engineered" approach to tutoring. I focus entirely on breaking down complex mathematical proofs, physical mechanics, and algorithmic logic into clear, scalable steps, live-debugging student mistakes in real-time. Highly organized, direct, and adept at translating technical concepts into actionable workflows, I am dedicated to optimizing student performance and delivering measurable academic growth.

As an active A-level student tracking mathematics, physics and computer science - along with fresh GCSE knowlege, achieving high grades in each - I bridge the gap between complex theory and exam reality.
My lessons are not passive lectures. My tutoring style will be fast-pace, highly visual 60-minute sprints focused entirely on breaking down complex mark schemes, debugging student's mistakes, and mastering exam execution. My ability to optimize for students using specific requests or preferences can be taken into account.
