About Asiya
Hello! My name is Asiya, and I’m a dedicated and motivated student at BIL Astana, one of the top academic schools in Kazakhstan. I’ve achieved a 1530 on the SAT, an 8.0 on the IELTS, and hold a perfect 5.0 GPA. Beyond my academic achievements, I have experience mentoring students from various backgrounds, helping them reach their own goals in standardized tests and university admissions. I have been accepted into several prestigious international programs, such as Pioneer Academics, Lumiere Education, Global Problem Solving Institute, and Nova & USAEducation Mentorships, where I developed strong research, writing, and academic communication skills. These programs have allowed me to grow as both a learner and a mentor. What makes me different is that I’ve personally helped over 10 students apply to international academic programs, and 8 of them received acceptances with full financial aid. I’ve also led a science club at school and currently mentor students in robotics and STEM. Students often say I’m kind, energetic, and easy to talk to, but also structured and focused in my approach. I take my role seriously and always adapt lessons to each student’s level and goals. I'm a high-achieving student from BIL Astana with a 5.0 GPA, a 1530 SAT score, and 8.0 on the IELTS. I take a highly personalized and student-centered approach to tutoring. My lessons are structured around clarity, confidence-building, and real progress, focusing on strategy as much as knowledge. My teaching method involves: Explaining complex topics in simple, relatable language Practicing with real past papers and test simulations Focusing on strategy, time management, and high-scoring techniques Adjusting the pace and content based on each student’s individual level and goals A typical lesson includes: Quick review of previous content or practice Targeted theory explanation (e.g., reading techniques, grammar structures, math strategy) Timed exercises with real test questions In-depth feedback and discussion Extra resource recommendations for self-study What sets me apart is my recent and real success in these exams and programs. I have: Mentored over 10 students for programs like Pioneer Academics and GPSI, with 8 acceptances and full financial aid Founded and led a science club at school for over a year Mentored younger students in robotics and innovation projects I truly understand what students face because I've just been through it myself — and succeeded.
