About Ana
I am a medical student with three years of formal training in the foundational sciences, including biology, genetics, cellular biology, and anatomy. My academic background has required a deep understanding of complex material, as well as the ability to apply concepts clearly and accurately.
In addition to my coursework, I have extensive experience tutoring peers and helping them succeed in challenging subjects. I approach each session with professionalism, preparation, and a focus on making sure students feel supported and confident in their progress.

Hi! I’m a medical student with three years of training, specializing in biology, genetics, cellular biology, and anatomy.
Throughout medical school, I’ve spent a significant amount of time tutoring classmates and helping them understand challenging concepts. I genuinely enjoy learning and breaking down complex material in a way that makes it easier for others to understand. I was especially sought after for subjects like biology, biochemistry, and anatomy (areas many students naturally find difficult).
I especially enjoy working with high school and early college students who feel stuck or overwhelmed. These subjects can seem heavily based on memorization, but once you understand the underlying patterns and connections, they become much more manageable—and even interesting.
In our sessions, I focus on:
* Breaking down complex biology and genetics concepts into clear, simple steps
* Helping you understand the “why,” not just memorize information
* Building confidence so you can approach exams without feeling lost
I also offer support in biochemistry and anatomy if needed.
