About Gabriela
My name is Gabriela Rodriguez and I am currently a high school senior who will soon graduate. I have tutored math to many students, Algebra 1 and 2, and have translated English to spanish speaking students like me. I was born in Puerto Rico and lived there for 9 years before moving to the U.S, the language sticking with me. I have no work experience yet since I am still 17 years old but would like to earn some money as a tutor to pay for my soon to be college expenses since I plan to continue studying.

Hello! I have tutored students at my own school since I was a freshman and I'm currently a senior. I have tutored students on math, Algebra I and 2, and now would enjoy teaching Spanish from home. As a student myself, I think I might get along with the students, relating to them in so many levels. I might connect with them more easily!
Working from home, I plan to tutor on the weekends to help students with homework due to my own busy student schedule during the week. I plan to host zoom meetings and would most likely encourage participation and receiving questions from my students. Also, certainly practicing oral Spanish communication and writing as vocabulary becomes mastered.
I would prefer to teach high school students since I know they have to study a foreign language for at least 2 years to graduate.
