About Namaratha
Hello students. I am currently in Grade 10 and am enrolled in the IB program. (Yes it is quite challenging). By tutoring you, I will ensure that you can understand concepts more clearly. I would not give much homework unless I think that you did not understand a concept fully. Classes will be flexible so it is fine if you have to cancel a class as we can reschedule. I will help you with your homework if you are having any trouble. :)

To help my student understand a concept more clearly, I will focus on the aspects they are having trouble with (for example, if they are struggling in trigonometry and is confused on SOHCAHTOA, I will focus that day's teaching on SOHCAHTOA). I will typically start with the student's homework (if they have any) and will figure out if they are struggling with certain questions or topics. If not, I will teach ahead in their curriculums they are prepared for when the topic comes up in class. As a tutor, I aim for creating a personal relationship with my students and understand where they are struggling. I will use resources available to ensure that they leave class understanding a topic they are struggling with. I am focusing my lessons for students from Grade 1 - Grade 9.
